While in the garden Yesterday i decide to look at the soil temperatures the first ones are from yesterday 27/12/07 second one is from today 28/12/07

seed rasing mix in the shade was 27.5°C
Soil with out mulch was 30°C
Soil with mulch was 24.9°C
Compost was 40°C and rising but i can only meaure upto 50°C on it so i pulled it out when it was rising still
and it is 40.9°C outside
also got 3 eggs

This past week we have had 24.5ml of rain while i was a way on hoilday and 27 eggs so far this month that isnt including broken ones 10 eggs while i was away.

Bed 5 Punkins Cucumber
In this bed i have 4 punkin and 4 cucumber plants (plus some more out the front as well). Hopefully this year ill save some seeds from theses plants

in this bed i have sweet corn to the right and on the left it is sunflower which has not long been planted out Sowing seeds so they should be up soon. ill update it again when the sunflower are up :)

Added goats bedding to compost bin and turned it and started an experiment.

1x Tray of Tomato Yellow Roma
1x Tray of Tomato Orange Surprise
1x Tray of Tomato Mellow Yellow
1x Tray of Tree Lucerne
And then 1 jiffy pot for each type of seeds (for experiment will do results by comparing them every week after they germinated)
