October Egg Count
In October my 3 Isa brown hens laid 64 eggs between all 3 of them and back in January they laid 72 so i wounder how many they will lay in November and December.

Rain
Rain.
this time last year at Newcastle you remember how that big ship got stuck at nobbies beach it has been one year this June long weekend.
it has rained here for 4 days so since the start of June we have had 47mm and today (Wednesday the 4th of June) we have had 44mms. where our creek is flowing. is alot of water.

How I make my seed raising mix.
How I make my seed raising mix.
Items needed:
1x Coir Peat Brick (I used 2)
For 1 brick you use 4.5L of rain water since I used 2 bricks I used 9L.
Some sulfate of Potash and some potting mix.
Stuff i used.
Instructions:
-Put the Coir Peat brick(s) in a wheel barrow then add 4.5L of good water (if using two bricks use 9L)
-Leave it there for 10-15 minutes
-then add some sulfate of potash and
some potting mix or dry sand.
-Mix it all together.
Then it is ready to use. I store the stuff I
don’t use all at once in my potting mix containers.
Coir peat brick when it doubled it size.
finished Product. =)

Bed 4:
bed 4 has carrots 1st sowing, 2nd sowing and radish and beetroot.

Bed 5 is my onion bed, the types of onions it has in is gladalan white, Cream gold,Purplette,leeks (from bunnings) and spring Onions (from bunnings)

bed 6 has peas and beans

Bed 7 has in it lettuce, silver beet and spinach.

tomatoes all different types capsuicm eggplant wormwood , parsely (thanks yeehah for seeds) and cork tree seeds.

autistic child in Australia
This website was mentioned on the Today show this morning:http://www.1000hours.com.au
They are petitioning the government to provide funding for every autistic child in Australia to get 1000 of early intervention per year for two years. Very easy to sign the petition so why not :)
